How do I reset my password?
Since Paperlist uses Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, your password is managed by those services. Visit your Apple ID or Google account settings to update your credentials.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app settings. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Can I transfer my family to another account?
Family ownership can be transferred to another adult member. Contact support and we'll help you with the transfer process.
How does the tree planting work?
When your family completes all rituals for a full month, we partner with Ecologi to plant a real tree. You'll receive a notification and certificate when your tree is planted.
Is my data private?
Yes! Your data is encrypted and stored securely. Only your family members can see your shared tasks and garden. We never sell your data to third parties.
