Terms of Service

Welcome to Paperlist! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Paperlist mobile application ("App") provided by MB Elzee group ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), located at Balčikonio g. 3, Vilnius, Lithuania.

By creating an account or using Paperlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Paperlist is a family organization app that transforms household chores into rewarding daily rituals. Complete tasks together, grow your digital garden, and plant real trees when your family succeeds.

To use Paperlist, you must create an account. You agree to:

• •Provide accurate and complete registration information
• •Maintain the security of your account credentials
• •Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• •Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• •Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)

Parents or guardians may create accounts for children under their supervision as part of their family group.

You agree to use Paperlist only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• •Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• •Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• •Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• •Impersonate any person or entity
• •Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• •Use automated systems to access the App without permission

Paperlist is designed for families to share and collaborate. When you create or join a family group:

• •Your name and profile will be visible to other family members
• •Tasks you create or complete will be visible to your family
• •Your garden progress and achievements are shared with your family
• •Family administrators can manage members and settings
• •You can leave a family group at any time

By joining a family, you consent to sharing your activity data with other family members as described above.

The App, including its design, features, content, graphics, and trademarks, is owned byMB Elzee group and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• •Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• •Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• •Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• •Use our trademarks without prior written consent

You retain ownership of content you create in the App (such as task names and descriptions). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not:

• •Violate any third-party rights
• •Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• •Include personal data of others without their consent

Paperlist partners with The Good API to plant real trees when families complete their monthly goals. Please note:

• •Tree planting is subject to availability and partner program terms
• •We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this feature
• •Tree planting locations and timing are determined by our partners
• •We provide certificates as records but cannot guarantee specific outcomes

Paperlist offers free features and optional premium subscriptions ("Paperlist Plus"). For subscriptions:

• •Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• •You can cancel anytime through your app store settings
• •Refunds are subject to the respective app store policies
• •Prices may change with reasonable notice

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination:

• •Your right to use the App immediately ceases
• •We may delete your account data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• •Provisions that should survive will remain in effect

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• •The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• •Results from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• •Any defects will be corrected

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MB ELZEE GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
